Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer rules, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period after starting a new paid subscription, during which you can cancel for a full refund — provided you have not used a meaningful portion of the included credits.

Once you actively use generated outputs (a plan or a reel), you have requested digital content delivery and lose the cooling-off right for that period — but cancellation for future periods remains unrestricted.

• First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of the first charge if they have used fewer than 25% of the included monthly credits.
• Renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel at any time and the next renewal will not occur. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If a renewal occurs after you intended to cancel and you have not used the new period, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a goodwill refund.

Credit packs (Small, Medium, Large) are final-sale digital content. Once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where:

• The pack is purchased and unused within 14 days, in which case a full refund is available on request.
• A technical fault prevented Drafty from delivering generations the credits were spent on; we will either restore the credits or refund the corresponding portion at our discretion.

Email support@brianmccallumdraw.com from your account email address with:

• Order ID or Stripe receipt number.
• Reason for the request (one or two sentences is enough).
• Whether you want the refund to your card or as account credit.

We acknowledge requests within 2 UK business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe; the bank may take additional time to show the credit on your statement.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be solved faster by email. If a chargeback is filed, your account is paused while we respond to the issuing bank with the following evidence pack:

• Order details and the agreed terms in force at the time.
• Records of credit consumption and AI generations delivered.
• Support tickets and email correspondence relating to the order.
• Acknowledgement of cancellation path that was available to you at the time.

Refunds include VAT or sales tax originally applied. They do not include third-party currency-conversion or interchange fees, which we cannot recover from Stripe.

We will publish material updates here at least 14 days before they take effect. Existing entitlements at the time of purchase remain governed by the version in force at purchase. Current version dated 2026-05-06.
